Tasha, a 5-year-old purebred German shepherd with high quality parents (one from West, the other from East Germany), was the pick of her litter from a selective breeder. She has lived in her current home since she was 12 weeks old. She is well trained, high drive, happy-go-lucky personality, will come on call like a boomerang. She has been trained with an invisible fence.
Tasha is looking for a home that will give her a chance to be the dog she was bred to be: someone?s special dog, who exercises/runs with her partner on a regular basis, and is the number one dog in her family. She gets along with other dogs, and is subservient in a pack, but her true calling (and the goal of this rehoming) is that Tasha can be someone?s first choice dog partner and exercise buddy. She gets along well with cats.
She is being rehomed because current owner?s life circumstances have changed (more time at office, less at home) and Tasha is truly bored with being inside most of the day. She needs an active home with a family/exercise partner. She is a ?never say die? dog who is looking for a strong, physically active partner to run with during the day and, at the end of the day, hang with.
